Ashley Furniture is set to construct a new industrial facility spanning 1.05 million square feet on 75 acres in Avondale, located in the West Valley area. The site, situated at the intersection of Interstate 10 and 107th Avenue, will feature a showroom, office space, call center and distribution facilities. The project is estimated to require an additional workforce of approximately 200 employees while indirectly creating up to 500 jobs within the Avondale community.

According to reports from the Phoenix Business Journal , this development represents a significant investment of $100 million by Ashley Furniture Industries LLC. It has been projected that annual retail sales could reach $40 million as a result.

In order to secure land for this project from Avondale (2010) Holdings LLLP., Ashley Furniture Industries LLC invested $32.8 million in acquiring an area measuring over eight-four acres earlier this year.

The developer for this ambitious venture is Hodgdon Management and Construction Inc., with HPA Architecture based out of Irvine California serving as its architect firm . Groundbreaking activities are expected commence sometime during early months next year (2024).
