Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV) is making steady progress on the first phase of their Trumpet Park spec development in Zion, Illinois. The new industrial service facility is set to be available for occupancy by early 2024. Colliers International’s Chris Volkert, Ned Frank, and Pat Hake are the exclusive marketing representatives for IOV.

Located on a 9-acre parcel adjacent to the FedEx Freight Terminal west of Green Bay Road and 9th Street, this first phase of development at Trumpet Park Drive will cost $35 million. It includes an 11,440-square-foot maintenance and service facility along with a paved parking area that can accommodate up to 180 vehicles.

According to Rob Chase, director of construction and properties at IOV: “We are excited about being just around three months away from completing our first ground-up development in Illinois with the completion of Trumpet Park’s initial phase.”
